This software actually is a set of tools that provide a complete development environment for XML based development.
Liquid XML Studio is a comprehensive XML development environment. The toolset includes, a set of editors and XML tools for developing XML solutions. There are three versions of the toolset available; starter, designer and developer editions. These components include XML schema editor, XML data binding code generator, WSDL editor and an XML editor. Other components of the set ate integration with MS Visual Basic programming language, a web service test client, an xpath expression builder, HTML documentation generator and XML Diff (XML comparator). The XML schema editor, WSDL editor and the XML document editor are both text and graphical based. The schema editor can represent the schema graphically and will let you edit the same graphically too. The editor presents an abstracted view of the schema. The module makes the advanced concepts of the standard also quite simple. Combined with drag and drop, cut & paste, and multi step undo functionality helps make editing a breeze.
The data binding module generates the class libraries from the schema and lets you have strongly typed and named properties and classes. This helps making the development effort less time consuming, development and testing phases more reliable. The WSDL editor abstracts much of the complexity of the WSDL standard. This makes understanding and editing the WSDL document simple. A graphical XML Editor allows intuitive editing of xml data in a tree and tabular grid. The other tools provided also strive to make the overall development effort simple. This very comprehensive toolset, meant obviously for the experienced developer, helps manage XML development and testing quite simple. All you need to do is test it out in your process and make sure there are no kinks in the flow.
